A:Generally, we pack our goods in neutral packaging methods: opp clear plastic bags + non-woven and brown cardboard boxes. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after we have obtained your letter of authorisation.

A:Online payment (credit card, e-cheque, T/T)

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDP, DDU....

Q4. What is your delivery time?

A: Generally speaking, it takes 2-5 days after receiving your payment. The exact delivery time depends on the item and the quantity (the number of your order)

Q5. Can you produce from samples?

A: Yes, we can produce according to your samples or technical drawings. We can make all kinds of leather based products

Q6. What is your sample policy?

A: 1. If we have ready-made parts in stock, we can provide samples, but the customer must pay for the cost of the samples and courier charges. 

 2. If you want a custom-made sample, you need to pay the corresponding sample and courier costs upfront, and we will refund your
sample costs when the large order is confirmed.

Q7. Do you inspect all goods prior to delivery?

A: Yes, we have a 100% inspection before delivery.
