A:Yes, the preserved/dried flowers were made by the real natural fresh Pampas Grass ,not artificial flowers.

Q2. How long does the flowers lasting ?

A:Dried flowers usually can be lasted for 1 to 2 years, preserved flowers usually can be lasted for 3 to 5 years.

Q3. Can I have a sample order?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q4. What is the freight cost ?

A:Normally , we ship our flowers by expresses , like EMS, FedEx, UPS, DHL. You can directly start your orders online. If you have any question about how to order,please tell us your interested products ,order quantity ,and your destination , so that we can calculate the freight cost for you .

Q5. Can I get a discount ?

Q6. How to keep the preserved/dried flowers?

A:1. The best humidity is 40％~70％, and the suitable temperature is 4℃~30℃ ;

2. Keep away from wet environment and direct sunlight. If the weather is too moist,it is better to keep into a sealed box. And please do not expose the flowers to the air for a long time;

3. Keep in the vents. and do not touch the flowers frequently by hands;

4. If the preserved flowers get dusty, please use the hair dryer to blow dust out with the soft cold wind.
