Small And Medium-Sized Chute Feeder Mineral Processing Coal Chemical Conveying Uniform Feeding Reciprocating Feeding Equipment
Our Chute feeder can be used for many minerals feeding, such as gold, copper, iron and zinc ore.
Description:
Mining Chute Feeder is usually installed underneath the discharging opening of ore bin. Minerals fall on the bushing. The bushing is located at the chute bottom, configured on idler wheel and via eccentric device connected with reducer which is linked to electric motor by coupler. When it works, electric motor drives reducer via coupler; eccentric disk and drain cap which is situated between chute frame bottom and roller begin to do reciprocal and linear motion so as to uniformly feed minerals.
Details Applications:
Gold Chute Feeder is widely used in chemical, mine,metallurgy, construction, mine-selecting and coal and so on. And it sends block material to receiving device through storage silo.Chute feeder can be set up on the ground and also can be hung on the discharging hole of ore storage bin. Trough base does alternate motion, and its frequency of stroke is 20-60 time/min, its stroke is 20-200mm. Stroke can be properly adjusted through drive set eccenter . Eccentric distance is the half of stroke. According to production practice of mine-selecting factory, eccentric distance is not less than 30 mm for viscous minerals. Trough width of Trough Feeder is about 2-2.5 times of that of feeding maximum size. The biggest Trough Feeder can meet the feeding ore of iron ore less than 500mm. The common used specification is 980*1240 Trough Feeder, its feeding size is 350-0 mm and is suitable for feeding equipmentof 400*600 Jaw Crusher .
