Q:Do you support customization ?
Yes. We are specialise on whole house customization, which including kitchen, wardrobe,bathroom vanity and interior door etc.

Q: What information do U need to design my kitchen ?
We are appreciate to get your kitchen plan, kitchen elevation, appliance requirement, design style you like. More information you provided will be appreciate.
Q:Does your cabinets have certificate authentication?
Yes. We had. All the rough material is with FSC certification. We are using Grade E1 / E0 and even ENF which is less of formaldehyde good for client's healthy. Our company had got ENVIROMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CERTIFICATE and QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CERTIFICATE. Details pls check our homepage.
Q: Have you send the goods to my country ?
We had been export to North American, Australia,South East Asia,Middle East and Africa etc. We got plenty of oversea project experince.
Q: If I cannot travel to China, how to finalize my cabinets?
Normally we will use email/What's app etc for communication. The procedure will be: get your layout/requirement--- work out the proposal/quotation----discuss to revise---if approval,then process with deposit----production---shipping---installation.
Normally we will have business trip to visit our client and do some market survey, And definitely you are welcome to visit us and see our factory facility. We will find a way to meet.
Q: If i could not decide colors online, can i have samples to post to me?
Sure. if you had got your own color requirement, you are welcome to send to us for customize.
Q:Can i install cabinets by myself under flat pack?
It is better to find the local installer who got the experince of cabinet installation.
There is 2 kinds of packing method we had, flat pack and assembly packing. If it is assembly packing, it will be easy for you to just put all cabinet together. If it is flat pack, it will be bit difficult for you.
Q:What if any pieces broken/missing?
U can take us pic and mark in the drawings said which panel had been broken. We will analyst the reason and we will come up with some solution to discuss with you. Then we will had green light for quick production.
