Product Description
Terrific 50 tons Heavy Duty Rotator Tow Truck body
This 50 ton tow truck is customized, and we can make the tow truck according to your requirements.
This 50 ton tow truck are used in the most heavy duty applications, such as tractor trailer wreckers.
We provide the tow truck body to fit your own chassis, but please be noted that the chassis should be 3 axle and the engine is about 400 HP.
Let me introduce this 50 tons tow truck for you:
Boom
The boom can rotate 360 °.
The boom is a 3-stage telescopic crane and it's made of high-strength steel; The maximum extension length of the boom can reach 13 meters.
Towing arm:
The towing arm is also 3-stage telescopic type, and it comes with a T arm. The towing arm mechanism it self can be customized to suit a variety of applications.
Winch:
Two main 25-ton planetary winches are fixed on the head of the boom.
The auxiliary winch are optional, they are always fixed beside of the boom. the auxiliary winch is 10 tons or 15 tons.
All of the winches comes with cable.
The front and Rear Outriggers
Outriggers serve the purpose of helping to cover a greater area, while increasing lift capacity that is achievable by the tow truck. these metal "legs" are telescopic and used to help with stabilization during heavy duty recovery jobs.
Light Bar
The inclusion of a light bar on a heavy duty wrecker helps create additional visibility for jobs. It install three kinds of lights: red, yellow, white.
Toolbox
The toolbox is made of carbon steel or aluminum alloy. You can choose a side door or a roller shutter door, it's equipped with stainless steel hinges and position lights and tail lights.
Wheel-Lift
The metal wheel-lift fits under the wheels on either the front or rear of the accident car. Then the accident car can be lifted off the ground and can be towed.
Forks and Receivers
These smaller towing accessories are crucial to ensuring job go smoothly. the type of fork and receiver needed is largely dependent on your wrecker, and the nature of the job you are pursuing. Customized forks and receivers can be created to perfectly fit your needs.
