Application
Our SM-40 Spiral Steel Silo Forming Machine makes cylinders that can be used in the food, brewing, petroleum, medicine, water curing and more industries. The manufactured cylinders can also be used as storage facilities for wheat, soybean, corn, flour, fly ash, sewage, chemical syrup, recycled water, among others.

Constituent Part

• Forming machine: Making the material bending and initial machine-shaping, meanwhile, it will bend the material to the required radius of curvature.


• Bending machine: Working with the materials bender.


• Load bearing support: Giving the right diameter of silo, lifting the steel silo, enclosing the top of load bearing support rollers, it can support the spiral rising silo.


• Decoiler: Making the steel coils onto the decoiler, and making steel coils moving into the forming machine successfully.


• Join frame: Joining the load bearing support, locking the required diameter of soil, making the load bearing support working stably.
