Insulated PTC Air Heating Element For Energy Vehicle
A PTC Heater for Vehicle is a type of heating system commonly used in vehicles. It is designed to provide heat for the passenger compartment, defrost the windshield, and assist in maintaining a comfortable interior temperature. PTC heater is most widely applied to electric vehicle today for defrosting and air heating.Compared to traditional heater, PTC Heater for Electric Vehicles is safer and more reliable because the self-regulating PTC element will not be damaged without air flow. Also, power of thermostat will automatically be cut off when it is overheating. It is an excellent air pre-heater for vehicles to start under -40℃ since it can start quickly under low-temperature condition.
Features:
1. Self-regulation PTC element heater is safe and will not be damaged without air flow. The controller owns the function of
over-temperature alarm.
2. Controlled by PWM, to achieve adjustment of power automatically.
3. Double insulation, electric strength is up to 2000 VDC.
4. Longer service lifespan and strong thermal safety: In all high-output models, the switching elements and the PC boards are thermally isolated from each other. Temperature output via NTC sensor.
5. Safer and more reliable because of the application of automotive-grade parts.
6. Quality guaranteed with EMC test pass.
