Introduction:
Automatic dry mortar plant has wide application. It is used to produce putty powder, colorful dry powder mortar, dry powder coating, gap filler,tile adhesive, heated board binder, self-leveling mortar, polymer repair mortar, hardened material mortar and etc. It is also used to mix and prouduce chemical materials, medicine, coating, fireproofing materials and powder-powder mateirals. 
Features:
1.In automatic dry mortar plant, screw conveyors and bucket elevator both are used. Thus could improve conveying efficiency and also decrease dust and powder.
2. Weighing scale could measure different raw materials, make sure to conform formula.
3. Double shaft mixer could work continuously. if need more than 120t per day, two stations could be installed. Five-six workers could finish all the job.
4.All the raw materials could be mixed more times, thus could make sure evenly mixing. At the same time, It could avoid dissociation.
5.The automatic dry mortar production line is equipped with dust collector. So the dust and powder will be decreased and is friendly to environment.
