Easy Open Ring Peel Liner Induction PET/PE/PP Bottle Cap Aluminum Foil Seal Liner
Induction lining materials are one of the most important parts in packing industry for sealing the bottles and containers of the products for many reasons. And induction sealing is a simple and reliable method of bottle sealing. It welds an aluminum foil seal across the bottle neck.
Main Features
Our company adopt imported material,and JAPAN automatic equipment to produce seal liners, through green environmental certification firstly in industry: without six harmful material and the heavy metal SGS (RoHS), and without 16 species phthalate (such as plasticizer)and passed through following professional test, sealed effect is perfect, and quality stable has guarantee:
1) through High-altitude fell test
2) through high/low temperature stripping test
3) through upright and backward pressure sealed test
Breathable gasket series
Breathable gasket overview:Aluminum foil sealing liner is made of breathable film and aluminum foil gasket by ultrasonic or hot melt welding. Aluminum foil gasket has a simple design, easy soldering, excellent chemical resistance, air permeability and resistance to surfactant. Thickness 1.0-1.5mm. Air volume is divided into three categories.
