Where do you ship to? Do you supply overseas?
We ship worldwide. 90% of our products are exported to Europe, America, Canada and Australia.


Do you offer free sample?
If it's your first time to contact us, we may or may not supply free samples, you need to contact us, and then we may apply for some free samples for you.


What's included in the price?
Our price included all accessories and package, completely finished unit and ready for installation.


How long does it take from order to arrive?
For small orders from 1 - 50 pcs, estimated 2 or 3 weeks from order to arrive.
For Bulk quantity orders like up to 100 pcs, estimated 4 or 5 weeks from order to arrive.


Is shipping included in the price?
Shipping is not included in the price, you need to contact us, and then our staffs will quote best price include the final shipping cost to your home.


What's the shipping method?
For Small orders from 1 - 30 pcs, shipping by air (international express) We mainly use DHL, UPS, TNT, Fed Ex or China Post.
For Bulk orders, whether it is FCL (Full Container Load) or LCL (Less Than Container Load), shipping by sea.


Can I get a discount for larger quantity?
Yes, we offer special discounts for any large order.


What's your payment terms?
