Don't worry, our usual production time is 12-15 days. For most products, we need 5-9 days. Depending on your product, our sales staff will check the schedule and arrange the fastest production time for you.
I'm not sure about the final outcome, and I'm afraid to place a large order. Can I get a product sample?
Of course. Don't worry, before mass ordering, we can first make a sample for you. After the sample is completed, we can send you pictures and videos, and when you confirm, then we can start with mass production.
Do I have to pay the mold fee again when we reorder the same design?
We only charge the mold fee once within 2 years, as we provide the mold for free within 2 years.
