Bamboo chips fuel the boiler's ignition, generating heat that's piped to 25 drying chambers. Each chamber maintains a steady 70-80°C for 1-2 days. Once the target moisture content is achieved, remove the strips and let them cool naturally to room temperature. Regularly verify the moisture level to ensure proper dryness. Finally Collect the qualified dried bamboo strips for further processing.

4. Cutting to Sizes & Polishing

Choose bamboo strips that have already undergone the drying process as raw materials. Adjust the Cutting machine to Determine the required length of the bamboo skewers. Feed the bamboo rods into the cutting machine .It automatically cuts the bamboo strips to the preset length. Then place the cut bamboo rods in a long rectangular metal box. Ensure the metal box is filled with enough bamboo rods so that they can rub against each other during the vibrating process. Allow the bamboo sticks to vibrate in the metal box for 1-2 hours, ensuring that the friction between the sticks smoothes the surface.
Check the smoothed bamboo sticks to ensure their surfaces are smooth and free of splinters before going next production process.

5. AI Selection

The AI system automatically analyzes the captured images and compares them to the standard database of acceptable stick samples.
If a bamboo stick meets all quality criteria, it is categorized as a qualified product. If a bamboo stick exhibits any flaws, it is categorized as a defective product. Separate the qualified and defective bamboo sticks into different collections.

6. End Finishing, Package and Warehouse 

Choose bamboo rods that have already undergone the sorting process as raw materials. Prepare a specialized pointing machine capable of quickly and accurately creating sharp tips on the bamboo skewers. Feed the bamboo rods into the inlet of the pointing machine.The machine automatically cuts and sharpens one end of the bamboo skewer, forming a sharp point. Inspect the pointed bamboo skewers to ensure the tip shape meets the standards and there are no visible defects.
Pack the bamboo skewers according to quantity and specification, taking into account different sizes and packaging requirements.
Labeling: Label the packaging with product information such as size, quantity, batch number.
Place the packed bamboo skewers into appropriate cartons or pallets.
Store the packaged bamboo skewers in a well-ventilated and dry place and get ready for shipment.
