A2: For new products, the sample delivery time is 20-25 working days, and the batch delivery time is 20-30 working days after payment. This depends on the quantity. If we have inventory, we can ship within 3 days after confirming the order.

A3: 1). For inventory products, samples are provided free of charge, but you must pay for courier fees.
2) . For new or customized products, we will charge a sample fee, and once the order is confirmed, we will refund the sample fee. Please understand that we send many samples every month, so we have received quite good discounts from DHL, FEDEX, TNT, and UPS. I will provide your confirmation before the samples are sent out.
