Hammer crusher is a commonly used crushing equipment with large crushing ratio (generally 10-25, high up to 50), high production capacity, uniform product, less powder phenomenon, low energy consumption per unit product, simple structure, light equipment,easy operation and maintenance, etc. It is suitable for fine crushing of medium hardness and brittle materials in mining, cement,coal, metallurgy, building materials, highways, and combustion.The material discharge size can be adjusted by change the gap of the gridscreen, to meet the different needs of different users.Heavy hammer crusher can be directly used for material crushing without initial crushing.







The Motor Drives The Rotor In The Crusher Rapidly. Raw Material Enters The Crusher Through The Feed Inlet And Is Impacted, Cut And Ground By The High Speed Hammers. There Is A Screen Below The Rotor Assembly, So Material With Dimensions Smaller Than The Screen Mesh Is Screened Out, While Other Materials Are Further Hammered Until They Reach A Standard Size. The Size Of The End Product Can Be Adjusted By Changing The Screen Mesh, And The Gap Between The Rotor Assembly And The Screen Mesh Can Be Adjusted To Suit Different Requirements.
