Working process:
Manually place book block-apply glue on both sides - bottom cover-top cover-back milling-apply back glue-scrap glue-apply glue on paper tape-paper tape drying-book spine wrapping-paper tape cutting- hydraulic pressing-finished product collecting.
Advantages:
1.Double-sided side glue applying system
2.Book back milling mechanism can adjust the depth and spacing of scratches on the back;
3.Servo control system is adopted for conveying power and collating pages.
4. Both cold glue and hot glue can be used on this machine.
5.Adapt to various specifications of books, effectively control the distance between the books, greatly saving the cost of paper tape.
