Introduction to Direct-Cooling Milk Tanks
Milk cooling tanks are key supporting equipment for mechanized milking on farms. They are particularly suitable for manual milking at farms, at milk collection stations, and in dairy plants for the cooling and storage of fresh milk. Mainly used for the cooling and storage of fresh milk and other liquid materials, these tanks enable one-step observation operation through an automatic control system. This process quickly reduces the temperature of stored raw milk to the required level and maintains a constant temperature to prevent bacterial proliferation, ensuring that the raw milk remains in Grade A condition.
Direct-cooling milk tank principle and structure:
The milk cooling tank mainly consists of the tank body, agitator, washer, refrigerating unit, electrical control box, etc. The
milk cooling tank is a horizontal elliptical shape; between the inner and outer tanks, a polyurethane rigid foam board is used. The material inside has an insulation layer with low thermal conductivity coefficient, light weight, high strength, and low water absorption rate ensuring good insulation performance. The product design and manufacturing process are advanced with reliable performance; its cooling, thermal insulation capabilities and sanitary standards meet advanced levels.

3. All tanks are made of SUS304 or 316 stainless steel, fitted with automatic pressure cleaning as well as manual and automatic stirring devices.
4. The insulation layer adopts new polyurethane foaming technology, providing good thermal insulation performance.
