1.Do you offer OEM/ODM service?
Yes, we are specialized in OEM/ODM design which include the customized logo, leather texture, color.and we have our own design team, support design according to the customer's requests. 

2. What's your MOQ and Can I get a sample?
Most of our products are in stock items. MOQ only 300 pcs. We can send you free sample! you only need provide us your express account or pay the shipping cost and the sample cost can be refund when you place an order over 300 pieces.

3. How about your Quality Guarantee?
We have an experienced and stric inspection QC team.we also do checking through ITS,SGS or BV according to clients's requirement.We are 100% responsible for the goods quality, If the products have apparent flaws or broken.we will compensate your loss. refund money or send the new goods to you with your next order.

4. How many days for production?
25-45 days for bags production time after you confirmed all.

5. Could I put my own logo on products?
Sure, custom logo can be made by laser, engraved, embossed, transfer printing etc.

6. Should I pay extra for logo printing?
yes, there will be extra charge depending on your logo style and printing way.  

7. If I have my thoughts, do you have person to design according to my concept?  
Yes, our design team is willing to do for you.  

8. What payment method do you support ?
We recommend you use Alibaba trade assurance order with credit card, it's very secure and convenient. other payment methods like TT, Pay Pal, West union, Master card, Visa, e-checking, etc. all available.(T/T: Production Starts after 30% deposit is paid, the balance paid before shipment.)

11.How to get a sample?
1. Send us your idea by artwork or picture or practical products.
2. We will make a paper pattern according to your design. If you have any questions, we will communicate by WeChat, Whatsapp, E-mail, Skype, etc.
3. You can advise the materials you want. Or you may tell us your target price and market so that we can recommend suitable material.
4. We will quote you the price and sample fee before making sample.
5. If confirm, we will begin making the sample. In the meantime, we will keep contact with you; if you want to change something,please let us know.
6. Sample will usually be finished within 7-10 days. And will be delivered by DHL/Fedex/ or other express agents.

12.How to place an order?(T/T)
1.Please offer us model size color and your speial requests.
2. We make an invoice for you.
3. Please check and confirm the Invoice.
4. Once we confirmed the order, please pay a 30% deposit
5. After payment, we arrange mass production, and then send goods after receiving 70% balance.
6.Goods will be delivered in 30-45 days.
