Small Capacity Algae Powder Making Machine Seaweed Spray Dryer Spirulina Spray Drying Equipment
This small centrifugal spray dryer is specially developed for scientific research department, colleges and universities, enterprises and institutions and engineering experiment centers, for experiment, small test and pilot test and so on.
The equipment is mainly composed of a junior middle efficient filter, an electric heating box, a spray tower main body, a frequency conversion atomizer, a cyclone separator, an induced draft fan, a hot air pipe, an electric control box, etc. All parts are centralized on one frame, with wheels at the bottom of the frame for easy movement. The interface is simple and can be used only by connecting the power supply.

The drying speed is fast. After atomization, the surface area of the feed liquid increases greatly, and the moisture can be evaporated 65-98% in the hot air instantly.
Especially suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials, to ensure the color, aroma and taste of materials. Simple and stable operation, convenient adjustment and control, easy to achieve automation.
The product has uniform particle size, good fluidity and instant solubility, high purity and good quality. The atomizer is regulated by frequency conversion and the speed is adjustable from 0 to 25000 rpm.
The production process is simplified, the operation environment sanitation condition is superior, can avoid the dust in the drying process.For the integral frame structure, easy to move.

MACHINE STRUCTURE
Working Principle
After filtering and heating, the air enters into air distributor on top of the Drying Equipment. The hot air of the distributor is sent into the drying chamber in spiraling form. At the same time, the feed liquid is delivered by the pump to the centrifugal spray head mounted on the top of the drying chamber. The feed is sprayed into tiny foggy droplets, the surface area in contact with hot air is greatly increased. The droplet and the hot air flow together to sink, the water quickly evaporates in a very short time to be dried into products, captured in the cyclone separator, exhaust gas to the outside.
