Standard Functions:

The machine consists of unwinding and rewinding with pneumatic shaft, printing units, CCD camera, touch screen, second pass, web-guide, manual ink adjustment, Yaskawa or Panasonic servo motor, automatic oil supply, automatic plate mounting and adjustment- using 0.15 mm plate.

Key Points:

The big advantages of the machine are that: 1) it can cater to a wide range of materials, film- 0.05 mm and above, paper 80-400 g/m. 2) It can save paper at start stage, plate change –paper waste within 50 meters, at interval stop-almost no loss of color. 3) The dampening system only uses 3-5% alcohol which has less smell and also cost saving.

1).Electric Control System: CPU via DOS system to control the servo motors.
2).Shaftless Driving: The machine uses servo motor to drive the rollers directly.
3). Overprinting System: Once printing length is input at the main control unit, every unit will move automatically to the preset position. Each unit is controlled individually by a motor.
4).Printing Unit: Each unit can work independently, a touch screen on each unit.
5).Water And Ink Control: The machine adopts advanced American water and ink supplying system which ensures the water and ink balance.
6).Lubricating System: The machine uses automatically cycling oil-supply system to ensure the accuracy and service life of the machine.
7).Plate Mounting: The computer controlled automatic and manual plate mounting and dismounting system. 
8).Heidelberg ink fountain partition structure, easier to adjust the ink, reducing printing time and paper waste.
