Q: Warranty Policy:
A: Different products have different warranties. Products will be tested with 48 hours continuous load before ship out; our standard wanrranty is 5~10 years with lifetime ongoing support. Just come back anytime with your questions we will be at your side.

Q. Are you able to handle shipment transportation?
A: Yes. Our services include both shipment transportation and customs clearance. Our dedicated Gosta team handles logistics, timely delivery, and all necessary documentation for smooth customs clearance. We have expertise in international shipping regulations and work closely with customs authorities to ensure a hassle-free process. You can rely on Gosta for efficient and reliable shipment transportation, including seamless customs clearance.

Q: Is sample available and free?
A: For electronic components, we offer 2pcs free samples, for battery pack, client is required to raise a sample order. 

Q: Do you accept customized order?
A: Yes, we have a dedicated engineering team who can tailor your needs, OEM and ODM is also welcomed based on a certain volume.

Q: What's the lead time?
A: General lead time for electronics is 4 weeks; lead time for battery pack products is approx. 20 days. 

Q: Is battery pack BMS included?
A: Yes. most of our products are offered with full solution, this means it is a "system", in this BMS it has protection in every way as mentioned in above specifications to allow a safe use for residential.

Q: Why is it good to have your own generated electricity stored?
A: When you use your solar panels to generate energy and stored in our ESS, your home appliances can decide when to use them rather than send the generated energy to the power grid. Your energy consumption is being optimized, you become less dependent on external factors such as price increases for electricity and you turn your house into a green living and an environment-friendly home.
