Process applications of high-efficiency 2-in-1 shredder:
An efficient 2-in-1 shredder refers to a shredder that can shred large volumes of waste materials such as plastic, paper, clothing, rubber, and fabric to below 40mm in one go. It replaces the two-stage operation of conventional dual axis coarse shredders with a disc thickness of ≥ 80mm and fine dual axis shredders with a disc thickness of ≤ 40mm. The first stage completes the comprehensive function of shredding both coarse and fine shredders, achieving the effect of saving operating costs and achieving twice the result with half the effort. Assembling in front of the RDF molding machine in the process greatly increases the output of the RDF molding machine.
Working principle of high-efficiency 2-in-1 shredder:
The high-efficiency 2-in-1 shredder (crusher) consists of a moving blade mounted on the spindle and a fixed blade mounted on the machine body. When the spindle rotates at low speed, the moving blade and the fixed blade repeatedly chop the material, while generating high-intensity pressure to push it towards the discharge end; In this way, the material is continuously rolled and ground inside the machine under high pressure, and then extruded from the discharge hole at the end of the machine. It is then shredded again by a scraper installed at the end to obtain the desired size of material. The size of the discharge port can be adjusted to obtain materials of different sizes and particle sizes.
