- For OEM order with custom logo, the MOQ depends on different models.Generally, each model each color not less than 50 pcs
2. What's the delivery time?
- For SPARKTIME brand watches in stock, the delivery can be arranged in 3 - 5 days after the order is confirmed and payment is done
- For OEM orders, the delivery time depends on which model you have ordered. Generally, the lead time is around 30 to 60 days.
3.Do you accept payment by PayPal?
- Yes. For smallamount, we can accept payments by PayPal, Western Union or Secure Payment Escrow)
4. What's your payment terms?
• For SPARKTIME branded watches in stock, generally our buyers will arrange full payments in advance as delivery will be arranged within 3 to 5 days.
• For OEM order with custom logo, 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before delivery.
5. How about shipping methods?
- If you have courier in China, goods can be sent your courier after payment.
- If you have no cooperated courier, we will check the shipping details and cost for you after your final order is confirmed.
6. How about your products quality?
- All SPARKTIME branded watches are water resistant, 100% tested by Waterproof Testing Machine.
All SPARKTIME branded watches are assembled with high quality battery, the lift time lasts at least 1 year.
- For OEM items, we will manufacture the products according to your requirements.it can be complied with CE&ROHS, Nickle free, etc. You can arrange your QC team orhire the third party to test the watches before delivery.
