Product Description

WELDING BLANKET

SERVICE TEMPERATURE : 550 C --- 1100 C

Welding blanket are made of fiberglass fabric,silica fabric or fiberglass fabric with all kinds of coating . The fabric has excellent properties due to its perfect structure and therefore offering high temperature resistance,thermal insulation
and anti oxidation.

It can protect the welder from sparks,spatter and slag, ad also provide a safe and clean environment during the welding and metal cutting work. Different treatment and sizes are available on request. Eyelet or Velcro can be installed on customers’need .

These specialty welding blanket provide temperature protection from 180℃ ~ 1200℃（300˚F ~2300˚F）. Welding fire blanket can be subjected to various treatments and coatings such PVC,silicone,PU,vermiculte,acrylic etc.

Silicone coated fiberglass welding blanket is constructed from a fiberglass base cloth and coated one side or both sides with a specially compounded silicone rubber. Due to silicone rubber physiological inert, not only increase the strength, thermal insulation, fireproof , insulating properties, but also has the ozone resistance, oxygen aging, light aging, climate aging , oil resistance and other properties.

PVC coated fiberglass welding blanket is made of fiberglass basic cloth coated with PVC. It has good properties of fire resistance, weather proof and excellent water repellence. It is also ultraviolet-proofing, cold-proofing and easy to cut,mildew-proofing and corrosion-proofing; seasoning resistant; easy washing; high temperature resistant(180), good capability of heat maintaining.

Vermiculite coated fiberglass welding blanket offer high temperature and abrasion resistance. The Vermiculite coating greatly improves the fiberglass fabrics resistance to extreme temperatures. The fabrics offer a continuous operating temperature of up to 800°C with a maximum of 1000°C. Under direct flame, the fabric is odorless and virtually smokeless.
