A2: Before delivery we did 100% test mould, and in our machine to maintain a steady point in the production of 2H-qualified products, and delivery with 100 metres of qualified products with mould.
Q3: Do you have some maintain suggestions?
A3: a) It is strictly prohibited to use a metal hammer to knock the mould.
b) It is strictly prohibited to use a file or a metal sharp tool to deal with the mouth mould, you can copper sheet to clean the mouth mould.
c) It is generally not recommended to break up the mould, if you want to repair or clean and maintain the mould, you need to dismantle the mould according to the order.
