We are based in Shandong, China, starting from 2004. We sell to North America (30.00%), South America (30.00%), Eastern Europe (30.00%), and Eastern Asia (10.00%). Our office employs over 1000 people.
2. How Can We Guarantee Quality?
We strictly control material purchases, importing from specialized regions like Malaysia and Thailand for superior rubber.
Our advanced production equipment includes German Krupp mixers and Netherlands VMI tire building machines.
Every semi-finished tire undergoes 100% inspection, achieving an almost 100% qualification rate - an uncommon practice in China.
Each tire undergoes five inspections, including visual, X-ray, and dynamic tests.
3.What's your production capacity?
We produce 400,000 sets of TBR and 13,000,000 pieces of PCR tires every year. We are currently expanding with a second-phase production line.
4. What about the minimum order quantity?
The MOQ is one 20GP container, where customers can mix different sizes. We recommend at least a 40HQ container based on our exporting experience, as sea freight costs are more economical
5. How many tires can be loaded in a container?
For truck tires, a 20FT container can hold about 120 pieces, and a 40HQ container can hold about 260 pieces.
For car tires, a 20FT container can hold about 500 pieces, and a 40HQ container can hold about 1000 pieces.
We also offer doubling-tires packaging, which means: putting 13/14 inch rim tires into 15/16 inch tires and then putting them into 17/18 inch tires. In this way, one 40HQ container can load about 1500-1800 pieces, allowing for more efficient container packing.
Specific quantities depend on tire size, and different sizes can be mixed in one container to optimize market development.
6. What is the Delivery Time?
We aim to deliver within 30 days upon receipt of your deposit. For tires in sufficient stock, immediate delivery is possible upon receipt of your deposit.
7. What Are the Payment Options?
--T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): Ensures timely delivery of your tires.
--L/C (Letter of Credit): Acceptable at sight from reputable banks with good credit.
8. What certificates do you have?
We hold certificates including DOT, ECE, CCC, SNI, INMETRO, GCC, SONCAP, SGS, ECE, S-mark, REACH, SASO, LATU, and NOM, ensuring compliance with international standards.
