-Maintain the appearance of your pans by cleaning them with a non-abrasive sponge or dishcloth and tepid, soapy water.

-Lomon would suggest that certain Lomon products, including those related to buffetware, be hand-washed. For kitchenware and a cutlery set, which is suitable for the dishwasher if you are too tired to clean by hand.

1.Which payment methods are you willing to accept?
-At present, Lomon only accepts bank transfers, and T&T. PayPal and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) will be coming up soon.
2.What days do you deliver on?
-The inventory will be analyzed by the storage facility following the receipt of the order requirements. We will pack and ship within two business days if the quantity is sufficient. The standard duration for orders that necessitate OEM service is 14 business days.
3.Where can I track my order after it has been dispatched?
-The customer will receive an email notification from our Customer Service Center at customerservice@lomonhoteless.com once the order has been dispatched.
4.For what duration should I anticipate the order's readiness for shipment?
-If the inventory is sufficient, the shipment will be prepared for dispatch within two business days. If not, it will be prepared within five business days. 14 business days will be the dispatching duration for OEM service.
