Q2:How do you guarantee the finished product I want？
A2: Before producing the rim, we will draw a 3D computer rendering according to your requirements and data. In the meantime, we can make changes according to your requirements. We will start production after getting your confirmation of the rendering drawings, data and colors. The normal production cycle of Monoblock wheels is 15-20 days, and the production cycle of 2/3 piece wheels and H type wheels is 30-50 days.
Q3:How do you guarantee the quality?
A3:Each forged wheel produced by us is made of T6061 aviation aluminum alloy with more than 10,000 tons of forging, processed by high-precision CNC machine tools, and the color coating is fully automated dust-free spraying line. Wheels go through a series of inspections and tests before they leave the factory, all products comply with JWL/VIA standards, and all our production processes are visualized, you can see the progress of every step of production.
Q4:How can we quote you effectively and accurately？
A4:We need to know the data of the wheel size/style/spraying process/requirements that you want to buy in order to make an accurate quotation for you. Regarding freight quotation, we need to know your exact delivery address so that we can quote you the transportation cost.
Q5:What's your MOQ?
A5:Forged products in stock 1 piece, custom forged 4 piece, cast stock products 1 piece.
Q6:The product is not consistent with the picture you sent?
A6:We will design a computer rendering of your car model according to the wheels of the pictures you send. Different offset, width and size will have certain differences on the final shape of the wheel hub. All shall be subject to the confirmed computer rendering.
