Product Application
Draw-out belt conveyor consists of two independent belts. The two belt conveyors are stack mounted. The upper layer is fixed and the below layer can be pulled out by hands. The upper layer uses central driving and the driving motion is electrical machine. The conveyor belt surrounds between driving pulley, tension pulley and return pulley. It surrounds these pulleys through adjusting tension device and against running device so that the conveyor has enough tension to make it run smoothly. The upper layer uses central driving and the driving motion is electrical machine. At the position of connecting rod of upper conveyor installs riding wheels and depended wheels to support the body frame at lower layer. At the head, there is a pressing wheel mechanism and mechanical limit to avoid transformation or standing out if pulling out the below layer.
