Scanning principle | 1. The ESD anti-static scanning gun can measure and display the electrostatic potential on the surface of the PCB board throughthe contact or proximity between the gun head and the tested PCB board surface. 2. Scanning guns are usually equipped with highly sensitive electrostatic sensors and signal processing circuits inside, which canachieve accurate measurement and display of electrostatic potential. |
Scanning steps | 1.Before scanning, it is necessary to ensure that both the scanning gun and the tested PCB board are in a good grounding state toavoid measurement errors. 2.During the scanning process, it is necessary to keep the scanning gun head clean and dry to avoid affecting the measurementresults. 3. For PCB boards of different materials, appropriate scanning parameters and scanning methods need to be selected based on theircharacteristics. |
