2. How long will your order cost to manufacture and ship?
Shop-type coffee roasters are always in stock such as TY-1/TY-2, can send out around 1 week.
Manufacturing of coffee roasters TY-3/TY-6/TY-12 are about 3 weeks.
For industrial coffee roasters, please consult with us.
Delivery by seaway shipment depends on the delivery country, generally about 10-40days(port to port or door to door),
We can arrange different terms EXW/FOB/CFR/CIF/DDU/DDP etc.

3.Do you have a warranty?
Coffee roasters machine normally have standard 1-year warranty except for consumables.
But now contact us to place order can get 2-years warranty(with providing unboxing video or photos).
The most important is we provide whole-life technical service, even out of warranty, if you need technical services, please contact us freely, if need replacement We will only charge the cost of the parts and express delivery fees.

4.What are the available colors?
Coffee roaster body: Black/White / other customized colors.
Drum housing: Matte/Mirror - Black/silver/gold/rose gold etc.
For other special colors, please consult with us.

5. If the wrong product has been received?
For such customized products, Return / replacement / Refund are not possible;
we provide you with all the required information to confirm the correct product before the order approval.
And before shipment, we will check with you again with photos and videos, to make sure not wrong, please don't worry.

6. If I received a damaged/broken product?
We operate the delivery with our contracted shipping companies. If any damage occurs during shipment, please ask for the damage report from the courier. We will ship the broken parts with express cargo free of charge.

7. Need to pay other expenses?
This depends on the trade agreements of both countries.Under other trade terms other than DDP terms,Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the price or shipping cost,These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

8. Is customization available?
Yes, production with electric voltages compatible with your country's electricity; and color options are available.

As of now, carbon steel is the closest material to cast iron in the market and is more widely used than cast iron.
Carbon steel is also more expensive than cast iron.
Carbon steel and cast iron have the similar thermal conductivity, good insulation, and the lowest deformation index. 

The most important thing is when applied to the coffee roaster industry, where carbon steel drums are easier to manufacture.

10. Can i install TY-TECH coffee roaster by myself?
TY-TECH coffee roasters are sent as almost installed, Just need to install the hopper and other small pieces, and make sure that the roaster connect to power correctly by plug or circuit breaker(or called air break switch) and make sure you operate the machine according to the user manual. For any technical assistance contact us anytime.
(TY-1/2 Gas type roaster by plug, electric roaster and large gas roaster all connect by circuit breaker(or called air break switch))

11. Can I use TY-TECH coffee roaster non-stop?
Yes, TY-TECH coffee roasters have Four independent motors and fans, roasting and cooling can work simultaneously, so you can roasting continuously.
