A: Detailed drawings (PDF/STEP/IGS/DWG...) with material, quantity and surface treatment information.
Q2: Will my design drawings be safe when you get it ?
A: Yes, we will not publish your design to a third party unless your permission is obtained. We can sign NDA before you send the drawings.
Q3: Can you send me samples ?
A: Yes, Samples are for free, and freight is on your side.
Or please contact us by email for specific lead time base on your order quantities.
Q4: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is priority.
We always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end:
1)All raw material we used are non-toxic, environmental-friendly;
2)Skillful workers pay great attention to each details in handling the producing and packing processes;
3)We have a professional QA/QC team to ensure the quality.
Q5: How long is the lifetime ?
A: Anodizing for 12-15 years outdoor, Powder coating for 18-20 years outdoor.
Q6: Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your company?
A: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress.
Q7: What is the payment way?
A: TT, LC first, DP or OA would be considered for the long-term customer .
