1.Using a highly adaptable switching power supply, it is beautiful and elegant, with intuitive and clear display.
2.Pulse width modulation switching control system, with stable performance and high cost-effectiveness.
3.Overload and short circuit protection, and external signal control of 0-10VDC.
4.Input power supply: AC85V~264V 50/60Hz output: 0~4.00A DC24V.

1.Loosen the metal fasteners on both sides of the controller, install the metal fasteners in the required installation direction of the machine, tighten the screws, and secure them to the machine.
2.Confirm that all external power sources are turned off before wiring.
3.Open the cover plate to connect the ground wire, power supply, magnetic powder clutch/brake. If using external model control, please disconnect terminals+10V and ADJ first, and then connect terminals ADJ and GND.
4.Check that the wiring is properly connected, close the panel and tighten the screws, connect the power, turn the panel power switch to the "ON" position, and when the panel display light is on, it can start working. The potentiometer knob can be adjusted as needed.
5.The panel is displayed as a three digit number, representing the output percentage ratio, adjustable from 0 to 100%, corresponding to 0 to 24V DC, with a maximum current of 4.00A, suitable for magnetic powder clutches or brakes with a torque of 0.5 to 400Nm.
4.Check that the wiring is properly connected, close the panel and tighten the screws, connect the power, turn the panel power switch to the "ON" position, and when the panel display light is on, it can start working. The potentiometer knob can be adjusted as needed.
5.The panel is displayed as a three digit number, representing the output percentage ratio, adjustable from 0 to 100%, corresponding to 0 to 24V DC, with a maximum current of 4.00A, suitable for magnetic powder clutches or brakes with a torque of 0.5 to 400Nm.
Note: The recommended size for panel cutouts for embedded installation is (165 ± 0.5) mm x (105 ± 0.5) mm
