1:Preparetion
Customers will send us 2D/3D drawing /samples for discussion,after the assessment ,the customer will get a very accurate quotation
2:Mould Design
Our designer will start to work on the Die-casting parts molds design ,once we finish,we will send for customer's confirmation.
3:Mould Making
We will start to make the die-casting parts mould approved by customer,the mould process includes:material purchase,CNC machining,Heat treatment,mould assembly,Debugging etc,it may take around 15 to 25 days to finish.
4:Die-Casting production
when the molds are finised,we will send preproduction samples for customer's confirmation ,will do mass production after that step.
5:Deep Processing
Many Die-Casting Parts needs deep process ,which includes CNC / Cutting / Punching / Tapping / Drilling / Milling
6:Dimension Inspection
With our precision inspection equipment,We will carefully Check each items of the production ,make sure they meets our customer's requirements.
7:Surface Treatment
There are so many kinds of surface finishes for different kind of materials ,it depends on what kind effect the customers want for their product ,like Plastic for matte ,polishing, powder coating,metal for black oxide ,eletricplating etc.,marks or logos by laser engraving,silk screen etc,see more for to our homepage of the surface treatment.we can provide customers with any surface finishes they want .

we will visually check each parts by our QC staff and assemble these parts as requested ,like glue the other parts ,fill in the rubber parts,etc.

Each parts will be carefully packed in opp bag or packed as requested by customer ,then arrange the shipment as soon as possible

into non-fumigation wooden case And as to products, we will pack into standard export cartons or as per customers requres to pack.
