Products Description
CAC: Calcined Anthracite Coal
The calcined anthracite recarburizer is made from anthracite through high-temperature calcining, crushing,screening and other processes. The appearance is black granular.The raw materials for calcined anthracite carbon raiser come from the high quality anthracite inNingxia Province of China. It is the same name as the famous Hon Gai in Vietna Coal in Vietnam -“King of Coal” in the world. Its main characteristics are low phosphorus, low ash and low sulfur.
Using anthracite as raw material, after 1300ºC dry distillation and calcination. Then reduce sulfur content, reduce volatile matter, and achieve the effect of increasing the carbon content of calcined anthracite coal.
Carbon raiser is a big category that includes calcined petroleum coke, graphite petroleum coke, calcined anthracite, and natural graphite. Due to the high price of natural graphite, it is not suitable for steel making or casting, so calcined petroleum coke, graphite petroleum coke, and calcined coal are more suitable for the current steel making and casting process.
