Q1:Where can I get product&price information?
A1:Kindly send us e-mail or just feel free to contact us, we are very glad to help.
Q2: How soon can I get samples?
A2: Depending on your specific project, it usually takes 7 to 15 days.
Q3:How to enjoy the OEM services?
A3:Usually, base on your design 3D drawings or original samples, we will offer technical proposals and a quotation to you, after your agreement, we arrange the production for you.
Q4:Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your company?
A4: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress as you need.And surly we can share our progress through online ways.
Q5:I don't have the 3D drawing at the moment, I just have 2D drawing and could you give me a quote?
A5:If you only have a 2D drawing for metal fabrication, we can provide a quote based on that. However, if you need a quote for plastic injection or silicone rubber compression, we can only provide an estimated quote. The accurate price will be offered once the 3D drawing is finished.
