Material Selection and Procurement

Core Construction

1.Core Cutting: The steel sheets are cut into specific shapes and sizes according to the design.
2.Core Assembly: These sheets are stacked together to form the transformer core, usually in a step-lap formation to minimize losses.


Winding Process
1.Winding Design: The windings are designed based on the voltage and current requirements.
2.Winding Construction: The copper or aluminum wires are wound around the core using precision machines to create the primary and secondary windings.
3.nsulation: Each layer of winding is insulated to prevent short circuits and ensure proper electrical isolation.

Assembly
1.Core and Coil Assembly: The windings are placed around the core, and the entire assembly is secured in place.

3.Filling with Insulating Fluid: The tank is filled with an insulating fluid, typically mineral oil, to provide cooling and

Vacuum Drying
