Q1. Are you an agent or distributor or dealer of Curtis Controller?
No, we are not official agent or distributor or dealer of Curtis Controller. We get the controllers from one of Curtis' OEM factory clients with very competitive prices.
Q2. How do you provide warranty?
We will ensure you to receive the original, new and quality Curtis controller, we will replace you if you received the failed one. For future warranty, Curtis company will provide 2-year global warranty, please contact Curtis company directly.
Q3. Do you provide technical support for the controller?
We do not have the capability to provide technical support for the controller. But you can contact Curtis company, its dealers, agents and distributors for technical support if you have any request of its controller.
Q4. Will you help us to set the program of the controller?
We are not able to do this. If you buy the controller to replace another one, you can use the hand programmer to copy the program of the original controller to the new one. If you buy the controller for using on the new vehicle/machine, you shall work with qualified electrican to test and set the program.
Q5. What's your payment term?
If you just order 1-5 pcs Curtis controllers, we will ask 100% deposit to save bank fees. If more than 5 pcs, you can firstly pay 30% deposit, and the rest to be paid before delivery. You can pay directly to our account or through Alibaba.
Q6. How do you send the controllers?
It depends on how do you want us to send. However,usually, when the weight is less than 100kgs, it will be more economical to send by courier, if more than 100kgs, better to send by sea or by air.
Q7. What is the lead time?
Mostly, we have the chargers in stock, if less than 10 pcs, we can deliver within 3 days; if more than 10 pcs, please check with us.
