A: It takes 30 days for customized in substantial quanity.  For RTS products, within 15 days.

7.Q:What format of the file do you need if I want my own design? 

A: JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc are workable, but better AI format.

A: Our payment terms is 30% deposit before mass production, 70% balance paid before shipment.
