DSG Dual-line Metering Devices
The durable, galvanized steel DSG metering devices are designed for dual-line systems with pressures of up to 400 bar (5800 psi) These metering devices are available with up to eight outlets,and each pair of outlets is equipped with an indicator pin for visual monitoring.
Also, the DSG metering devices are available with low-wear proximity switches, or piston etectors, for electrical monitoring.Additional features include rust-resitant material.

Single Line Lubrication System
A single-line lubrication system is a type of lubrication system in machinery and equipment that is used to provide a continuous supply of lubricant to various components.
A metering valve is mounted on the main line connected to the pump. The metering valve has a certain resistance to pressure shocks, after which the pressure is built up and the pressure delivers the established lubricant to the lubrication point. When the system is depressurised, a certain dose of lubricant is replenished in the metering valve for the next lubrication.

Progressive Lubrication System
The progressive lubrication system comprises a feed pump and progressive distributors.The lubricant is pumped through the main lines to the progressive distributor with the pump. The lubricant is delivered “progressively” to the friction point.The circulation of a progressive distributor is monitored optically or lectrically.

Dual Line Lubrication System
Dual line lubrication systems can be used for large systems with dispersed lubrication points that require different amounts of lubrication. Using two main lines Alternating branch lines along the main line are connected to a two-line metering unit to supply large quantities of lubricant to the lubrication points.
In large two-line systems, pressure switches at the end of the line are used to control and In large two-line systems, end-of-line pressure switches are used to control and monitor the system. These flexible systems are simple in design and can be controlled.Dual line metering units can be combined with downstream progressive metering units to increase the total number of lubrication points receiving small quantities of lubricant. Two-line systems that can dispense accurate lubricant over distances of up to 100 metres or more, up to 2,000 lubrication points.
