Product Application
RTQ Series Trolley Type Resistance Furnace is state standard energy saving cyclic furnace. It is a fiber structure saving 60% power consumption. It is among the first manufacturers to employ compound high aluminum porcelain nail group, trolley anti-explosion sealing bricks, automatic sealing trolley and furnace door, and integrated rail. This series furnace is applicable to the quenching, annealing and aging treatment of high chrome parts, high manganese cast parts, cast iron, rolls, steel balls, 45# steel parts and others.

Main Features

Furnace Lining
The furnace lining empolys all fiber structure. The silicate aluminum fiber resists a maximum temperature of 1200℃.
Heating Elements On The Wall
The heating elements adopt 0Cr25AL5 resistance spiral-shape alloy resistance strips.
They are installed on both sides of the furnace body, the furnace door, the rear wall, and the furnace bottom. The installation method of the
resistance strip adopts dedicated ceramic screws to fix it.

The heating elements on the bogie are laid flat in the grooves of refractory brick masonry and fixed with shaped hooks. Their surface
load is smaller than that of other heating elements, making replacement and maintenance more convenient.
