1.You are a manufacturing factory or trading company?

We are the manufacturer with professional production experience in water purifiers for more than 15 years.

2.Where is your factory located?

Currently we have two factories in China. One is located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, and the other is located in Dongguan, Guangdong. You are warmly welcome to visit us at any time.

3.What are your main products?

We mainly produce commercial and home water purifiers with various filtration capabilities, including RO systems, UF systems and countertop water purifiers, sparkling water machines, faucet water purifiers and water filter pitchers, as well as related products such as filter cartridges, water dispenser systems and replacement parts.

4.How long is the production lead time?

Generally, it is 5-10 days for goods in stock. In the case of out of stock or large orders, it will take 20-45 days. The quantity of the orders will be taken into consideration.

5.What payment terms do you accept?

Payment terms: TT in advance (30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment), bank transfer, Paypal, L/C etc. Please note we do EXW/FOB/CNF/CIF/DDU/DDP.

6.How do your quality control systems operate?

We have a professional design team and employ experienced engineers to strictly guarantee the production. Meanwhile, our factory owns ISO9001 certification and is CE and ROHS certified.

7.How can we become your distributor?
