Because industrial grade poly aluminum chloride has good drying stability, wide water area, fast hydrolysis speed, strong adsorption capacity, large sputum flower formation, fast sedimentation, low effluent turbidity and good dehydration performance, so it is widely used in industrial wastewater treatment, urban water treatment and so on fields.
The usage scenarios are as follows:
1. Coagulation phase of poly aluminium chloride : It is the process of rapid coagulation of the liquid into the coagulation tank and the raw water to form a fine silk flower in a very short time. At this time, the water becomes more turbid. It requires the water flow to produce intense turbulence. The pac beaker experiment should be fast (250-300 r / min) stirring 10-30S, generally not more than 2min.
2. Flocculation stage of poly aluminium chloride: It is the process of growth and thickening of silk flowers. Appropriate degree of turbulence and sufficient residence time (10-15 min) are required. From the later stage, it can be observed that a large number of silk flowers accumulate slowly and form a clear surface layer. The pac beaker experiment was first stirred at 150 rpm for about 6 minutes and then stirred at 60 rpm for about 4 minutes until it was in suspension.
3. Settlement stage of poly aluminium chloride: It is the flocculation sedimentation process in the sedimentation tank, which requires slow water flow. In order to improve the efficiency, inclined tube (plate type) sedimentation tank (preferably float flocculation is used to separate the flocs) is used to increase the efficiency. It is blocked by the inclined pipe (board) and deposited on the bottom of the tank. The upper layer of water is clarified. The remaining small-sized and small-density alfalfa gradually descends while continuing to collide with each other. The pac beaker experiment should be stirred at 20-30 rpm for 5 minutes, then left for 10 minutes, and the remaining turbidity should be measured.
