Turning blade series
High feed hard alloy inserts are designed with special rounded corners and small main rake angles, effectively reducing the radial force on the cutting edge and making cutting smoother at high feed rates. The cutting speed and feed rate are significantly improved
By optimizing the design, such as using a large backlash space design, sufficient chip space is ensured during high feed thin cutting, reducing vibration during the cutting process and ensuring cutting stability.

PVD coating
