Our company's meticulously designed high speed single wall corrugated pipe production line from the SJFW series.
This production line utilizes a gear rotation module and a series of water cooling modules, achieving the dual benefits of water circulation cooling and air cooling. As a result, the corrugated pipes produced exhibit rapid shaping, consistent corrugation, smooth inner and outer surfaces, and no misalignment in the closing seam.
FULLWIN plastic single-wall corrugated pipe production line developed by our company adopts gears to run moulds and templates so as to realize water circulating cooling air of the products,which ensures high-speed moulding, even corrugation , smooth inner and outer pipe wall.these corrugated pipes are especially used as wires of up-market cars.

1. Vacuum Feeder and Hopper Dryer
1. Vacuum Hopper material: stainless steel
2. Work mode: required raw materials to the hopper by means of vacuum suction.
3. The base of the feeding machine adopts a water jacket water cooling system.
Its material is Q235-A.
2. Single Screw Extruder 65/30
(1) It is made of 38CrMoAI and the surface treatment is nitriding and polishing.
(2) The barrel material of this machine is the same as the screw material, and the internal surface treatment is nitriding and honing. It is heated by a ceramic heating collar and cooled by fans with a heating power of 12.8 KW. There are a total of 4 heating zones, each with a power of 0.18 KW.
(3) The gearbox is made of HT200, with bevel gears made of 20CrMnTi, and the surface treatment is tooth surface quenching. The cooling method of the gearbox is internal cycle water cooling cooler.
3. Die Head
Fullwin has incorporated a die head featuring an innovative thermal insulation material known as rockwool.
This material offers efficient insulation while simultaneously reducing electricity consumption by up to 30%.
4.Core Bar And Mouth Mould
FullWin new design,the core bar and mouth mould fit together,when changing the pipe diameter, you only need to replace the entire unit.
This innovation results in a time-saving of at least , it will be save more than 1.5hours for the clean the waste material and heat it again.
5. Corrugated pipe forming mould
（1）Can carve customer's logo.
（2） Can choose single and double cavity or three cavity in one set of mould. When changing the size, just need to move up and down the forming machine, no need to move out all set of mould, which can save a lot of time for customer.
（3）Mould is made of 38CrMoAlA, same material as screw barrel, hardness 63.4HRC Longer service life compared to the old 45#steel.
（4）Mould length: 56.55mm

6.Corrugated pipe forming machine
(1) The plate of the moulding machine is made of the same material as the module, with a hardness 63.4 HRC.
(2) The forming machine has a large water-cooled side plate, which provides an even better cooling effect.
(3) Up and down movement can be adjusted by electric motor, left and right and the moving distance of the platform is 800mm.
(4) The forming machine is blow moulding with pneumatic cutting and is controlled by PLC.

7.Double station winding machine
The main operation of the winder is spindle speed tracking with frequency controlled traverse.
It uses a pneumatic self-locking switch.
