A1: Our MOQ is 50 units per design / colour. To go into bulk production, we require a minimum 2 designs..
Q2: Do you provide a size chart?
A2: Yes, we will provide you a size chart for each item that you've ordered as we have our professional pattern maker here.
Q3: Do you provide samples?
A3: Yes, You can buy a sample from us so that you can get a better understanding of our products. We will return the sample cost whenever you place the bulk order.
Q4: What's the customized samples' lead time, and how do you charge?
A4: Normally it will take 5 work days for sampling. Our sample cost is 50-200 USD/pc depending on the design.
Q5: What kind of materials have you got?
A5: We can source all kind of different fabrics to suit your needs.
Q6: What is the lead time for bulk orders?
A6: It depends on your order's quantity. Normally, for an OEM/ODM order, our production lead time is around 20-25 days during highseasons and 15-20 days during low seasons.
Q7: What is the shipment and how do you charge?
A7: Normally we ship the goods by DHL express which only takes around 5-7 days to reach you. Charges depend on the weight, volume of goods, and the destination you will be arrived at.
Q8: What are your payment terms?
A8: Our payment term is TT.

1. We have a core QC team with over a decade of experience in garment manufacture.
2. We check the fabric before cutting. We also preshrunk the fabric to make sure the shrinkage is under control.
3. We will do in-house test or send fabrics and trims to lab before the production.
4. We have in line inspection during production to check the quality.
5. Before packing, we will also do a 100% final check on every garment and will go through the metal detector to make sure every garment is safe.
