New Single-Screw Plastic Waste Recycling Machine HDPE and Polystyrene Bag Granulator for Plastic Bag Recycling
This machine consists of a plastic extruder, a cooling water tank, and a traction cutting machine. It has multiple specifications of production lines, including multi-color co extrusion, tricolor co extrusion, bicolor co extrusion, and monochrome extrusion.
The mold head adopts a spiral design, without material stagnation, which can greatly improve the quality of the pipe. The fixed diameter sleeve is designed with a special disc type, which is a guarantee for high-speed extrusion of pipes. The two vacuum boxes are completely independently controlled, making operation as convenient as a single line. The dual traction machine is completely independently controlled and easy to operate like a single line. It is equipped with an upper track limit device to ensure the roundness of the pipes. The dual cutting machine is chip free cutting and adopts completely independent control, making operation as convenient as a single line. The synchronous motor belt structure is used for follow-up synchronization to ensure normal cutting at high speed.
