Q1: What’s the warranty for these tv boxes?

A1: Every tv box has one-year warranty for free repair and replacement.

Q2: How much will be the Express for these tv boxes ?

A2: The Express cost depends on the Quantity, Gross Weight, the Shipment Destination and the Shipping Methods you choose. 

Q3: How long will I receive my order?

A3: DHL/UPS/FedEx Express usually takes about 3-5 working days to the destination. And it's about 5-8 working days by EMS or TNT. Hongkong Post Air Mail and Singapore Post Air Parcel take 10 to 30 days to ship to worldwide.

Q4: How will you declare the items to the customs?

A4: For all orders, we will declare the lowest value to the customs in order to reduce the import duty for you. If you have your own declare requirements, pls let us know.

Q5: What can I do if I received a faulty item?

A5: If you think it can't work normally when you receive the item, you can return it back to us. due to defective workmanship or materials, any products are not satisfying,  we will replace or refund for you.

A6: Yes. You can print your logo, company name on the products or package, the MOQ deponds on the product model. We can provide OEM and ODM service for you!
