treatment and natural aging treatment, greatly reducing the coefficient of thermal expansion and contraction of the machine tool, ensuring stable overall accuracy.
◎Guides: All use GCr15 bearing structural steel, hardened to ensure a hardness of HRC50~56, ensuring the wear resistance of the guide.
◎Screws: Select high-precision ball screws produced by Northwest Machinery Factory, a space and military enterprise, with high rolling precision and strong wear resistance.
◎The worktable slide uses precision rollers for rolling and has a small frictional force and smooth movement. It has strong wear resistance.
◎Roller manufacturing: Uses seamless alloy steel tubes, MC advanced insulation, and 40Cr alloy steel shaft, dynamically balanced and assembled with dual bearings. It has strong wear resistance, non-conductivity, strong corrosion resistance, low unbalanced torque, and high insulation strength.
◎Worktable slide: The slide uses a five-phase ten-step stepping motor to drive the precise ball screw pair movement. Friction resistance is small, motion precision is high, torque is large, step size is small, it is not easy to lose steps, cutting
