Product Description
Aluminium sulphate ( Aluminium sulfate), its chemical formula is Al2(SO4)3 , it's white rhombic crystal , density 1.69g/mL (25℃) [1]. In the papermaking industry, it is used as the precipitant of the rubber materials such as rosin gum and wax emulsion, flocculant in water treatment, internal retention agent of foam extinguisher, raw material of alum and aluminum white, raw material of petroleum decolorization, deodorant and some medicine, etc.
Aluminium sulphate solid is white crystal granular powder or flake.
The applicable pH value range of industrial aluminum sulfate is related to the hardness of raw water. When treating soft water, the suitable pH value is 5~6.6; when treating hard water, the suitable pH value is 6.6~7.2, and when treating high hard water, the suitable pH value is 7.2~7.8. The applicable water temperature range for aluminum sulfate is 20 C~40 C. Aluminum sulfate is less corrosive, easy to use, and cost-effective.
