Work Principle
1. According to the rotary vane principle, the eccentric mounted rotor rotates in the pump body. The centrifugal force generated by rotation makes the rotary vane slide in the rotor slot close to the inner wall of the pump body. The rotary vane pump body and rotor between the crescent space are separated into several working chambers. When the working chamber and the intake channel are connected, the pump inhales the gas, and the rotary vane continues to rotate so that the gas is compressed into the tank, The constant pressure difference also makes the lubricating oil of the vacuum pump enter the compression chamber. The lubricating oil and the extracted gas are discharged together into the tank and separated from the oil-gas mixture by gravity and separation of the oil-gas filter and the separation of the exhaust filter. The lubricating oil returns to the bottom of the tank and then enters the pump chamber again (oil circulation). The pumped gas, which does not contain oil, is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust port.
